Scopul procedurii îl constituie furnizarea de combustibil termic lichid pentru încălzire privind centralele termice din dotarea Inspectoratului Teritorial al Poliției de Frontieră Timișoara, din județele Timiș, Caraș-Severin și Mehedinți pentru o perioadă de 12 luni, dar nu mai târziu de 31.12.2027, respectiv de la data semnării acordului cadru de către ultima parte, în cantitate maximă estimată de 155 tone. Cantitatea estimată de livrat pe întreaga durata a acordului cadru = minim 60 tone – maxim 155 tone. Frecvența contractelor subsecvente – de regulă 1 contract subsecvent/lună pe perioada acordului cadru.
