• Valoarea maximă estimată a acordului-cadru, pentru o perioadă de 12 luni, este de 1.513.530,00 lei fără TVA. Suma necesară pentru achiziția gazelor naturale a fost estimată pentru o cantitate maximă de 4.500 MWh, luând în calcul un preț unitar de aproximativ 336,34 lei fără TVA/MWh. • Valoarea minimă estimată a acordului-cadru, pentru o perioadă de 12 luni, este de 1.177.190,00 lei fără TVA. Suma necesară pentru achiziția gazelor naturale a fost estimată pentru o cantitate minimă de 3.500 MWh, luând în calcul un preț unitar de aproximativ 336,34 lei fără TVA/MWh. • Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent, pentru o perioadă estimată de 8 luni (01.01.2026 – 31.08.2026), este de 840.850,00 lei fără TVA. Suma necesară pentru achiziția gazelor naturale a fost estimată pentru o cantitate estimată de 2.500 MWh, conform statisticii anuale de consum. • Valoarea estimată a celui mai mic contract subsecvent, pentru o perioadă estimată de 4 luni (01.09.2025 – 31.12.2025), este de 548.234,20 lei fără TVA. Suma necesară pentru achiziția gazelor naturale a fost estimată pentru o cantitate estimată de 1.630,00 MWh, conform statisticii anuale de consum. Prețul unitar estimat este de 336,34 lei fără TVA/MWh (cu toate taxele incluse) . Cantitățile minime și maxime de gaze naturale (MWh) stabilite în documentația de atribuire, reprezintă estimări ale unor cantități care ar putea fi solicitate pe o perioadă de 12 luni, și nu cantitățile exacte care vor fi achiziționate, acestea din urmă putând fi mai mici, egale sau mai mari față de cele estimate, în funcție de necesitățile efective ale autorității contractante. Pe durata derulării acordului-cadru, se poate diminua/majora numărul de locații care să necesite gaze naturale.
