Se solicită achiziția de „Servicii de curățenie și igienizare a spațiilor administrate de Municipiul București prin Direcția Administrativă”, în conformitate cu cerințele si specificațiile tehnice din Caietul de sarcini. Serviciile vor fi prestate până la data de 31.12.2026, cu posibilitatea de prelungire a contractului cu o perioada de 4 luni în anul 2027 (01.01.2027 – 30.04.2027), în condițiile in care vor exista resurse financiare alocate cu aceasta destinație, in conformitate cu prevederile art. 165, alin. (1) din HG nr. 395/2016, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. Pentru achiziția de „Servicii de curățenie și igienizare a spațiilor administrate de Municipiul București prin Direcția Administrativă”, valoarea estimată totală este de 1.701.650,00 lei fără TVA; această valoare include și valoarea suplimentarii serviciilor cu 4 luni în anul 2027, în limita creditelor bugetare aprobate. • Valoarea estimată a serviciilor până la 31.12.2026 este 1.134.433,36 lei fara TVA. Prestarea serviciilor va începe de la data înregistrării contractului în Registrul Unic al Contractelor (RUC) și se va derula pe perioada rămasă până la 31.12.2026, fără a depăși valoarea estimată alocată pentru această perioadă. • Valoarea estimată a serviciilor pentru perioada 01.01.2027-30.04.2027 este 567.216,64 lei fara TVA. Pentru o perioada de derulare a contractului până la 31.12.2026, valoarea estimată totală a serviciilor este de 1.134.433,36 lei fără TVA și reprezintă valoarea estimată a prezentei proceduri (în funcție de care se vor elabora și evalua ofertele). Valorile prezentate au caracter informativ si nu limitează / nu impun modul de prezentare a valorilor ofertei pe anumite activități / linii bugetare.
