The Arad County, as the owner of the county roads, in accordance with Ordinance No. 43 of 1997, republished, regarding the road regime, has the obligation to ensure the safe flow of traffic on the county roads. As a result of the inspections carried out during the year 2022, by specialized technical personnel from the Road and Bridge Maintenance Service, it was found that due to the degradations that occurred on the county roads with bituminous pavement, it is necessary to carry out simple bituminous treatment works on some road sections, so that traffic can be improved on these sections as well. By carrying out these bituminous treatment works, the aim is to extend the service life of the road sections on which this periodic maintenance work is carried out.
