Contractul de lucrari TR-CL-07 – Reabilitarea si extinderea sistemelor de alimentare cu apa si canalizare in aglomerarea Rosiorii de Vede consta in realizarea urmatoarelor lucrari: Obiect 1 – Reabilitarea retelelor de apa potabila in aglomerarea Rosiorii de Vede Obiect 2 – Extinderea retelelor de apa potabila in aglomerarea Rosiorii de Vede Obiect 3 – Statii de pompare apa potabila in aglomerarea Rosiorii de Vede Obiect 4 – Reabilitarea retelelor de canalizare menajera in aglomerarea Rosiorii de Vede Obiect 5 – Extinderea retelelor de canalizare menajera in aglomerarea Rosiorii de Vede Obiect 6 – Statii de pompare apa uzata si conducte de refulare in aglomerarea Rosiorii de Vede Obiect 7 - Dispecerat zonal SCADA retele de alimentare cu apa si canalizare in aglomerarea Rosiorii de Vede Contractul pentru executia pentru obiectivul „Reabilitarea si extinderea sistemelor de alimentare cu apa si canalizare in aglomerarea Rosiorii de Vede” include: a) Lucrari de constructie; b) Furnizare si montaj utilaje si echipamente tehnologice; c) Testare si punere in functiune; d) Instruirea personalului Beneficiarului. e) Remedierea eventualelor defecte aparute in Perioada de Garantie. Durata de executie a lucrarilor, punere in functiune a instalatiilor si perioada de notificare a defectelor (garantie) este de 60 luni, defalcata astfel: - Perioada de executie a lucrarilor si testare/ punere in functiune: 24 luni - Perioada de notificare a defectelor (PND) este de minim 36 luni. Contractul rămâne valabil până la îndeplinirea tuturor obligațiilor de către parți. Valoarea contractului include sume provizionate conform celor mentionate in Cap.4, Sectiunea 4 - Liste de cantitati, Cantitati Provizionate, respectiv 1.340.178,35 lei, dar nu include cheltuieli diverse și neprevăzute. Sumele provizionate la nivelul formularului de propunere financiara reprezinta suma fixa nominala, nemodificabila” si sunt incluse in valoarea estimata a contractului.
