Valoarea minima estimata a acordului cadru pe durata celor patru ani este 48.648.956,40 lei fara TVA Valoarea maxima estimată a acordului cadru este de 88.452.648,00 lei fără TVA Valoarea minimă estimată a celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de 12.162.239,10 lei fără TVA Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 22.113.162,00 lei fara TVA Acord cadru se va semna cu un singur operator economic, fara reluarea competiției. Acordul cadru se va încheia cu un singur operator economic a cărui oferta tehnica și financiara îndeplineste cerințele prezentului Caiet de sarcini, fara reluarea competiţiei, în conformitate cu termenii şi condiţiile prevăzute în acordul-cadru.
