The subject of the sectoral procurement is the provision of services for the following maintenance activities: - type RT, RA, R1, - type REE, - type R2+RA2; Works of type RT, RA, R1 and REE will be executed in accordance with the technical work sheets Annex 8 of the Technical Specification, and for works of type R2+RA2 in accordance with the list of works Annex 9 of the Technical Specification. The maintenance works mentioned above will be executed in accordance with the standards, regulations, general and specific energy prescriptions, technological sheets, occupational safety and health legislation, own occupational safety and health instructions, emergency legislation in force. The estimated volumes by types of maintenance works type RT, RA, R1 are 603,184 sheets presented in Annex 10.1 of the Technical Specification. The estimated volumes by types of maintenance works type REE are 69,576 sheets presented in Annex 10.2. of the Technical Specification. The estimated consumptions for works of RA+R2+RA2, Annex 10.3 of the Technical Specification, are: - price of materials provided by the Provider = 3,651,240.00 lei - direct labor = 320,000 man-hours - estimated km for vehicles and equipment = 648,664 km - number of technological operating hours of equipment = 7,468 hours R1 type repairs - are preventive maintenance works that will be executed based on the attached technical work procedures, an integral part of this technical specification, and the technological sheets. These are works that restore the technical condition of the fixed asset by replacing or repairing worn components. These do not have a predetermined periodicity and are scheduled according to the technical condition of the installation according to needs. Worn initial components that are no longer manufactured will be replaced with similar products currently in production. Accidental RA type repairs - are corrective maintenance works that occur after an incident, which are not planned, their purpose being to bring the installations back into operation and to supply electricity to consumers. Technical revision (RT) - includes preventive maintenance works that include the set of works performed periodically to ensure the continuity of operation of SISC (structures, installations, systems and components considered fixed assets) through checks, adjustments, measurements, tests, cleaning and painting, elimination of defects by replacing parts and subassemblies, etc. R2 + RA2 type works: ● R2 are rehabilitation works, repairs with a higher degree of complexity than R1 type, executed based on documentation and represent a set of complex maintenance works, performed on installations, by which, without modifying the initial technology, their technical and efficiency condition is restored to a level close to that at the beginning of the service life. ● RA2 are accidental works, occurring after accidental events due to calamities (special weather phenomena, other events defining force majeure cases), which are executed based on documentation including both temporary measures and works to remedy the installations in a definitive solution. The categories of works performed within RA2 are similar to those of RA.
