These roles include Principal/Specialist Engineers, Principal/Specialist Economists, Principal/Specialist Public Procurement Experts, Internal Auditors, Specialist Program Analysts, Specialist System Engineers, Experts, Office Heads, Department Heads, Legal Counselors, Project Leaders, Special Program Leaders, Special Project/Program Coordinators, Design Engineers, and Site Supervisors. The recruitment and selection process will involve several key activities: analyzing position descriptions and candidate profiles, developing recruitment plans and schedules, receiving CVs through various channels (traditional and modern), organizing and conducting candidate interviews, and reporting on interview conclusions and outcomes. The services are to be performed in strict accordance with the technical and performance requirements detailed in the specifications document, number 12100, dated October 19, 2022.
