Original language: roAchizitia are ca obiect servicii de reparatii pentru 3 pompe tip NMV1000 RA, constand in urmatoarele activitati principale: a) Reparatii capitale ale pompelor, inclusiv asigurarea pieselor de schimb ce pot fi inlocuite in cadrul acestor reparatii. Lista orientativa a principalelor piese de schimb este prezentata in Anexa 1.1 la Caietul de sarcini. b) Transport pompe de la CNE Cernavoda la Prestator si retur. Caracteristicile pompelor NMV 1000 RA sunt prezentate la cap. 6 din Caietul de sarcini al achizitiei. Serviciile de reparatie capitala aferenta celor 3 pompe tip NMV 1000 RA se vor desfasura esalonat pe parcursul unei perioade de 48 de luni, conform unui grafic stabilit de comun acord intre Prestator si Sucursala CNE Cernavoda a Achizitorului. Termenul de reparatie pentru o pompa este de maxim 1 an de la preluarea acesteia de la sediul CNE Cernavoda. Daca la punerea in functiune a pompei se vor constata deficiente ce tin de responsabilitatea Prestatorului, acestea se vor remedia de catre Prestator pe cheltuiala acestuia, intr-un termen de maxim 2 luni. Se vor deconta doar acele piese de schimb/ componente care au fost identificate, in urma inspectiei componentelor interne ale pompei, ca fiind deteriorate sau uzate, astfel încât sunt improprii pentru o utilizare ulterioară, si care trebuie inlocuite. Piesele de schimb se vor deconta la preturile unitare din facturile emise de furnizorii Prestatorului, la care se va adauga o cota de aprovizionare de 10%, in limita a 225.000 Euro fara TVA. Suplimentar, in cadrul serviciilor de reparatii, in situatia in care se constata ca pentru reparatia unei pompe este necesar si numai cu acceptul CNE Cernavoda, Prestatorul va realiza urmatoarele activitati optionale: i) inlocuirea rotorului si/sau a statorului, ii) înlocuirea tronsoanelor superior și inferior aferente corpului pompei. Decontarea activitatilor/produselor optionale se va realiza la preturile unitare din propunerea financiara depusa in cadrul procedurii de atribuire si mentionate in Contract, in limita a 500.000 Euro fara TVA. Serviciile vor fi prestate în conformitate cu cerintele şi caracteristicile tehnice și de performanță solicitate în Caietul de sarcini CA# CR # 34635 rev. 03 al achiziției
