Autoritatea contractanta urmareaste achizitionarea de servicii de arhivare manipulare, transport, depozitare si extragere documente, prin aplicarea unei proceduri de licitatie deschisa in urma careia se va incheia unacord cadru pe 24 de luni cu un operaratorul economic clasat pe primul loc. Valoarea MAXIMA estimata a Acordului cadru este de708,000.00 lei fara TVA defalcata astfel: 1) Servicii de arhivare, manipulare si transport a documentelor - 12.000,00 ml la un pret estimat unitar de 40 lei / ml, rezultand 480.000,00 lei fara TVA; 2) Servicii de depozitare si extragere documente - 120,000.00 ml la un pret estimat unitar de 1,9 lei / ml rezultand 228,000.00 lei fara TVA. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, in masura in care sunt transmise in termenul precizat.
