Se vor achizitiona Cutii de distributie, conform Caietului de Sarcini. Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite la 6 luni, sau ori de cate ori apare necesitatea achizitionarii produselor din acordul cadru, in functie de realizarea lucrarilor de investitii si mentenenta in retelele de distributie energie electrica. Apariția contractelor subsecvente este generată de nevoi punctuale (chiar ad-hoc) ale entitatii contractante care apar în anumite circumstanțe și care nu pot fi anticipate sau controlate din punct de vedere obiectiv de către aceasta. Frecvenţa, durata şi valoarea contractelor subsecvente, precum şi cantităţile care vor face obiectul acestora se stabilesc în funcţie de necesităţile obiective ale promitentului – achizitor, determinate de realizarea lucrarilor de investitii si mentenenta in retelele de distributie energie electrica. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care urmeaza a fi atribuit pe durata acordului cadru este 2.328.269,77 lei fara TVA. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru, respectiv cantitatile minime si maxime ale unui contract subsecvent se regasesc in Caietul de Sarcini, pag. 5.
