Original language: roObiectul acordului cadru îl constituie Achiziționarea de tonere pentru fotocopiatoarele şi imprimantele din MDLPA pentru perioada 2026-2028 , conform specificațiilor tehnice din caietul de sarcini. • Procedura de atribuire se va finaliza prin încheierea unui acord-cadru cu maxim 3 operatori economici, atribuirea contractelor subsecvente urmând a se realiza prin reluarea competiției între operatorii economici semnatari ai acordului-cadru. • Se preconizează că pe durata acordului-cadru se vor încheia aproximativ 6 contracte subsecvente, durata estimativă a contractului subsecvent: maxim 12 luni.
