Description

Pentru atingerea țintelor prevăzute de legislația în vigoare privind pregătirea pentru reutilizare, reciclarea și valorificarea deșeurilor provenite din construcții, se impune contractarea unor servicii de sortare, tratare, concasare și valorificare a acestor deșeuri, prestate de un operator economic autorizat. Prestatorul are obligația de a efectua sortarea, tratarea și concasarea deșeurilor în mod separat, pentru fiecare cod de deșeu. De asemenea, acesta trebuie să dețină o autorizație de mediu valabilă pe toată durata derulării contractului, pentru serviciile menționate. Cantitatea de deșeuri din constructii estimată a fi colectată de pe raza Sectorului 3 și transportată către operatorul economic în vederea tratarii și valorificarii in acest sens este estimata între 300 și 750 Tone/ lună Valoarea estimată a acordului-cadru pentru 12 luni –Martie 2026-Februarie 2027 este de 2.250.000 Lei + TVA ( 9000 Tone/ 12 Luni) Cantitate minima pentru cel mai mic contract subsecvent – 1 luna 2026 (Martie) 300 Tone/Luna Cantiate maxima pentru cel mai mic contract subsecvent -1 luna 2026 (Martie) 750 Tone / Luna Cantitate minima pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent – 9 luni 2026 (Aprilie - Decembrie 2026 ) 300 Tone/Luna x 9 Luni = 2700 Tone Cantitate maxima pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent -9 luni 2026 (Aprilie - Decembrie 2026) 750 Tone / Luna x 9 Luni = 6.750 Tone Cantitate minima contract subsecvent – 2 luni 2027 (Ianuarie - Februarie 2027 ) 300 Tone/Luna x 2 Luni = 600 Tone Cantitate maxima contract subsecvent - 2 luni 2027 (Ianuarie - Februarie 2027) 750 Tone / Luna x 2 Luni = 1500 Tone
