Obiectul achiziției constă în încheierea unui contract de execuție lucrări (include PT și execuție lucrări), conform prevederilor din caietul de sarcini și a celor menționate la pct. II.1.4) Descrierea succinta a contractului sau a achizitiei/achizitiilor. Valoarea estimata totala proiectare si executie lucrari pentru obiectivul „ PT + Executie – Consolidare, modificare, reabilitare, reparare - Corp B Marzescu; Extindere IESIRE URGENTA este de 44.870.135,84 lei fara TVA, din care: - Proiectare : Proiect tehnic si detalii de executie : 700.000,00 lei exclusiv TVA Verificarea tehnica de calitate a proiectului tehnic si a detaliilor de executie : 45.000,00 lei exclusiv TVA Asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului : 100.000,00 lei exclusiv TVA; - Executie lucrari : Constructii + Montaj : 35.801.389,27 lei exclusiv TVA Utilaje, echipamente tehnologice si functionale care necesita montaj : 5.322.584,00 lei exclusiv TVA Dotari : 2.547.289,57 lei exclusiv TVA Active necorporale : 353.873,00 lei exclusiv TVA; Notă: Valoarea estimata a contractului nu cuprinde suma aferenta cheltuielilor diverse si neprevazute, însă la stabilirea procedurii de atribuire autoritatea contractantă a ținut cont de valoarea sumelor aferente cheltuielilor diverse si neprevăzute. Sumele din devizul DALI sunt informative.
