Auto-translated from roThe Romanian Auto Registry intends to conclude a framework agreement, with a duration of 4 (four) years from the date of entry into force of the Framework Agreement, which will establish the terms, conditions, as well as the legal, financial, technical, and administrative framework for the award of Subsequent Contracts, in order to ensure by the Bidders, in conditions of safety, operability, and financial efficiency, the execution of works necessary to ensure an optimal framework and environment for carrying out activities safely and in good conditions (safety, health, etc.), depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority and within the limits of the budget allocated for this purpose, as follows: • courtyard repairs (milling, repairs, replacement of asphalt mixtures, concrete, pavements, etc.) • fence reconstructions • floor repairs (parquet, linoleum, etc.) • interior repairs (shotcrete, plastering, painting, etc.) • ceiling repairs • replacement of exterior joinery • replacement of interior joinery • handling and transport of materials • terrace + roof repairs - dismantling of terraces + roofs • reconstruction of slope concrete • reconstruction of thermal insulation • reconstruction of thermal insulation protection layer • reconstruction of terrace waterproofing • reconstruction of waterproofing and drainage openings • roof reconstruction • reconstruction of roof coverings • dismantling of exterior plaster • reconstruction of exterior plaster repairs • dismantling of interior plaster • reconstruction of interior plaster repairs • repair of sewage networks • repair of natural gas supply networks • electrical installations • sanitary installations • etc. The Contracting Authority initiates the award procedure for a framework agreement to be concluded with a single economic operator. The works included in the respective subsequent contract may be carried out simultaneously in a maximum of two neighboring branches. The Contracting Authority places the order by indicating the location or the property where these works are needed. The requirements of the tender documentation are minimal and mandatory. In this regard, any offer of works that deviates from the provisions of the tender documentation or presents works with characteristics inferior to those provided therein or that do not meet the requirements imposed therein, will be rejected as non-compliant. Estimated value of the framework agreement: • minimum framework agreement value: 10,069,965.34 lei excluding VAT; • maximum framework agreement value: 37,968,261.90 lei excluding VAT; • value of the smallest subsequent contract: 374,104.65 lei excluding VAT; • value of the largest subsequent contract: 4,045,966.63 lei excluding VAT - Given that the tender documentation contains a minimum set of specific information regarding estimates of minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement, as well as estimates of minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement, we emphasize that these minimum and maximum quantities that the contracting authority initially establishes in the tender documentation and subsequently in the framework agreement represent estimates of quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement and not the exact quantities that will be purchased, the latter being able to be smaller, equal to or larger than the estimated ones, depending on the actual needs of the contracting authority. - The Promising Buyer reserves the right/option to supplement the estimated quantity at the level of the tender documentation by up to a maximum of 15% of the maximum quantity for the framework agreement/subsequent contract, for each category of works.
