Design and execution of works contract, having as object DESIGN SERVICES (TECHNICAL PROJECT+DETAILED EXECUTION DOCUMENTS+URBANISM DESIGN DOCUMENTS+TECHNICAL EXECUTION DOCUMENTS) AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND EXECUTION OF WORKS FOR THE PROJECT ,,DEEP ENERGY RENOVATION OF THE TECHNICAL COLLEGE ENERGETIC" according to the specifications in the award documentation. The estimated value of the contract is: 50,009,9124.19 lei excluding VAT, of which: Estimated value of design services = 819,622.00 lei excluding VAT Estimated value of execution works services = 49,279,502.19 lei excluding VAT. The contract duration is 27 months, as follows: 1) Design will be completed within 7 months from the signing of the contract, a period which necessarily includes the development of the documentation, technical verification and implementation of all necessary changes, as follows: - 4 months for the development of the Technical Project (PT) and Detailed Execution Documents (DDE), from the date of signing the contract until its handover to the Contracting Authority (confirmed by handover-acceptance minutes); - 2 months for the technical verification of the project by certified verifiers, a period that starts from the date of issuance of the handover-acceptance minutes for the PT; - 1 month allocated for possible modifications or updates of the documentation resulting from the technical verification by certified verifiers, as well as from the observations of the Contracting Authority, the Ministry of Development (Program Operator) or the Swiss partners, as the case may be. 2) Execution of works: 18 months from the date of issuance of the works commencement order; 3) Carrying out the final acceptance of works: 2 months from the notification of completion of works. The warranty period for works: minimum 60 months from the date of acceptance of the final acceptance minutes for works.
