Obiectul procedurii de atribuire îl constituie furnizarea, instalarea și operaționalizarea a 23 de insule ecologice digitalizate supraterane. Fiecare eco-insulă va fi alcătuită dintr-un număr variabil de module individuale, stabilit pentru fiecare amplasament conform Anexei nr. 2, fiecare modul incluzând un container mobil cu capacitatea nominală de 1.100 litri. Cantitatea totală este de 92 de module, distribuite după cum urmează: a) 12 module pentru deșeuri biodegradabile – 1,1 m³/modul; b) 48 module pentru deșeuri reziduale – 1,1 m³/modul; c) 15 module pentru plastic și metal – 1,1 m³/modul; d) 17 module pentru hârtie și carton – 1,1 m³/modul. Fiecare eco-insulă va fi dotată cu o componentă digitală alcătuită din ansamblul hardware și soluția software descrise în prezentul caiet de sarcini. Contractantul va furniza și programa cardurile de acces în cantitatea și potrivit regulii de alocare prevăzute în Anexa nr. 1, inclusiv stocul de rezervă stabilit prin aceasta. Anexa nr. 1 va indica, pentru fiecare eco-insulă, numărul de carduri, precum și blocurile, scările și apartamentele care urmează să fie arondate.
