This tender concerns the continuation of a significant infrastructure modernization project at the 727 Borcea Barracks, a key military facility involved in specific military activities with the participation of Romanian and other NATO member state forces. This project builds upon previous investments in access control points, vehicle parking, operational area airbase infrastructure, and a new administrative building within the barracks. The 727 Borcea Barracks serves as a training center for air force personnel and a storage and maintenance hub for military equipment. The ongoing modernization involves the refurbishment and expansion of existing infrastructure. The current project specifically proposes the construction and implementation of several key investment objects: Landscaping, light aircraft shelters, a concrete apron for aircraft taxiing, an aviation materials depot, a concrete apron for access to the aviation materials depot, low-voltage generator sets, utility connections (water supply, sewage, electricity, heating network), and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage tanks and supply network. Clarifications can be requested up to 20 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond within 16 days prior to the deadline.
