În vederea desfășurării activităților specifice serviciului public de salubrizare, Direcția Generală de Salubritate Sector 3 administrează un parc auto compus din aproximativ 316 autovehicule și utilaje. Având în vedere obligația legală de a respecta prevederile Legii nr. 132/2017 privind asigurarea obligatorie de răspundere civilă auto pentru prejudiciile produse terților prin accidente de vehicule și tramvaie, precum și dispozițiile Normei ASF nr. 20/2017 privind asigurările auto din România, se impune achiziționarea serviciilor de asigurare obligatorie RCA pentru întreaga flotă auto. Acordul-cadru de prestări servicii va avea o durată de 12 luni de la data semnării, iar polițele RCA vor fi valabile 12 luni de la data emiterii, în baza contractelor subsecvente.
