Description

In baza contractului se vor executa activității de supervizare pentru execuţia lucrărilor pentru proiectul „Amenajare Centru pentru artă, tehnologie și experiment, Multiplexity - faza II – C2”, SMIS 342243, finanțat prin PRVest 2021-2027 în conformitate cu cerinţele impuse în documentația de atribuire. Serviciile de supervizare vor fi prestate pe întreaga perioadă de execuție a lucrărilor și vor avea ca scop monitorizarea, coordonarea și verificarea modului de implementare a investiției care vizează reabilitarea și conversia funcțională a clădirii C2 din cadrul ansamblului MultipleXity, precum și demolarea centralei termice aferente corpului C5. Prestatorul va asigura urmărirea execuției lucrărilor în conformitate cu documentația tehnico-economică aprobată, proiectul tehnic, autorizația de construire, prevederile contractului de execuție a lucrărilor, contractului de finanțare și legislației aplicabile în domeniul construcțiilor. Totodată, acesta va avea responsabilitatea monitorizării progresului fizic și financiar al investiției, verificării calității lucrărilor executate, analizării documentelor tehnice și contractuale, participării la ședințe de progres și recepții, precum și întocmirii rapoartelor și documentelor necesare Beneficiarului pentru implementarea și monitorizarea proiectului.
