Se vor executa, in conformitate cu cerințele proiectului tehnic si a caietelor de sarcini, respectiv – Lucrări de CONSTRUIRE IMOBIL CU DESTINATIA HOTEL SI FUNCTIUNI COMPLEMENTARE în cadrul proiectului CONSTRUIRE IMOBIL CU DESTINATIA HOTEL SI FUNCTIUNI COMPLEMENTARE, finanțat prin PROGRAMUL TRANZITIE JUSTA 2021 - 2027. Potrivit devizului general estimativ aferent proiectului tehnic rezulta o Valoarea totala estimata de 47.232.329,42 lei fără TVA, astfel: Cap. 1.2 Valoare estimata – Amenajarea terenului: 611.227,89 lei fara TVA Cap. 1.3 Valoare estimata – Amenajări pentru protecţia mediului şi aducerea terenului la starea iniţială: 203.742,63 lei fara TVA Cap. 2.1 Valoare estimata – Cheltuieli pentru asigurarea utilitatilor necesare obiectivului de investitii: 675.261,29 lei fara TVA Cap. 4.1 Valoare estimata – Constructii si instalatii: 39.589.070,18 lei fara TVA; Cap. 4.2 Valoare estimata – Montaj utilaje, echipamente tehnologice si functionale: 943.037,32 lei fara TVA; Cap. 4.3 Valoare estimata - Utilaje, echipamente tehnologice şi functionale care necesita montaj: 4.627.868,31 lei fara TVA; Cap. 5.1 Valoare estimata - Organizare de Santier: 582.121,80 lei fara TVA Valoarea estimata fără TVA: 47.232.329,42 Moneda: RON NU se va acorda avans. Natura si cantitatea lucrărilor: Se propune realizarea unei unități turistice cu regimul de înălțime S+P+9E care va avea in componenta sa următoarele: 112 camere de cazare si spatii cu functiuni complementare: baza de tratament, spa, restaurant si parcaje, sali de conferinta/evenimente, dar si amenajări exterioare specifice (circulații pietonale, zone verzi, parcaje auto neacoperite) Conform O.M.T. 65/2013, unitatea turistica va fi încadrata drept unitate turistica cu 4 stele.
