Contractul sectorial de prestări servicii va avea ca obiect Servicii de Reparație nivel 4 la Cazanul de Apă Fierbinte nr.2 prin inlocuirea sistemului convectiv, cod CPV 50531100-7. Achiziția a fost solicitata prin Referatul de necesitate nr.4607/04.05.2026, întocmit de către Departamentul Comercial şi Investiţii, din cadrul Companiei Locale de Termoficare COLTERM SA - în insolvenţă. Cerințele tehnice pentru serviciile solicitate sunt precizate in caietul de sarcini nr.4609/04.05.2026 si Anexele 1 şi 2 la caietul de sarcini, întocmit de către Departamentul Comercial şi Investiţii. Solicitarile de clarificari se vor transmite cu 20 de zile inainte de data de depunere a ofertelor, la sectiunea intrebari in SEAP. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari cu 12 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor si doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit si mentionat mai sus.
