Framework agreement for 4 years - Current maintenance works - Maintenance of carriageways, shoulders, emergency lanes and boundary lanes - DRDP-Constanta – Motorway A2 + A4. Estimated value of the framework agreement for a period of 4 years: Maximum framework agreement value – 24,997,090.00 lei excluding VAT, Minimum framework agreement value – 4,999,418.00 lei excluding VAT. Frequency and value of contracts to be awarded: minimum 1 subsequent contract. Value of the smallest subsequent contract: 624,927.25 lei excluding VAT. Value of the largest subsequent contract: 6,249,272.50 lei excluding VAT. The minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum estimated quantities related to a subsequent contract, can be found in the Annexes to the award documentation/technical specifications. A. According to art. 160 para. 1 of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications/additional information regarding the Award Documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers. B. According to the obligation provided for in art. 160 para. 2 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers. Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned in point A) will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response within the timeframe mentioned in point B) and consequently any request for clarification within the mentioned deadlines will be considered late. C. Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned in point A will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response and will consequently be considered LATE. D. Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
