Obiectul achiziției îl constituie încheierea unui Acord-cadru de executie lucrari pe o durată de 48 luni pentru asigurarea de ,, Reparaţii curente la construcţiile aferente scolilor din Municipiul Braşov, prin acord-cadru pe 48 luni”, cu scopul de a stabili elementele/condițiile esențiale care vor guverna contractele subsecvente de executie lucari ce urmează a fi atribuite pe perioada derulării acordului-cadru.Frecventa de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente este de minim 1 contract /luna, in functie de necesitatile/ solicitarile unitatilor de invatamant. Prin lucrari de reparatii se vor intelege reparatiile curente necesare, si nu realizarea de investitii noi la imobilele care fac parte din obiectul prezentei strategii. Lucrari de reparatii curente la construcţiile aferente scolilor din Municipiul Braşov, prin acord-cadru pe 48 luni ce vizează efectuarea de lucrari de zidarie, tamplarie, zugraveli, pardoseli, țiglărie acoperișuri pentru a asigura și garanta funcționarea acestora în condiții de maximă siguranță.
