Furnizare vopsea acrilica, în vederea executării de reparații la rețeaua stradală dar și de întreținere a drumurilor publice din Sectorul 3. Cantitățile minime și maxime sunt anexate la prezenta documentație. Valoarea totală estimată a achiziției este în sumă de: 2.581.327,50 lei fără TVA la care se adaugă suma de 490.045,23 lei rezultând suma de 3.071.779,73 lei inclusiv TVA. Valoarea celui mai mic contract subsecvent: 322.665,94 lei exclusiv TVA; Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 1.290.663,75 lei exclusiv TVA; Valoarea minimă a acordului cadru: 860.363,75 lei exclusiv TVA; Valoarea maximă a acordului cadru: 2.581.327,50 lei exclusiv TVA. Autoritatea contractantă preconizează că va încheia 2 contracte subsecvente pe an, 6 contracte pe perioada acordului cadru. Cantitățile minime și maxime sunt anexa la prezenta strategie de contractare. Autoritatea contractantă își rezervă dreptul de a încheia mai multe sau mai puține contracte subsecvente în funcție de necesitățile și bugetul alocat acordului cadru.
