Clarificarile vor fi solicitate cu cel mult 20 zile anterior datei limita de depunere a ofertelor, iar raspunsul consolidat se va publica in ziua 11 anterior datei limita de depunere oferte. Valoarea estimata totala este de 18.661.367,78 lei fără TVA din care 643.100,00 lei, fără TVA pentru proiectare si 18.018.267,78 lei fără TVA pentru executie lucrari.
