Project: Design services and construction works for buildings and installations, for the investment: MUSEUM COMPLEX - Historical Gallery of Transylvania FOR THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF TRANSYLVANIAN HISTORY CLUJ-NAPOCA Cluj County, Florești Commune, Bd. Cetatea Fetei F.N. The Museum Complex Project – Museum of Transylvanian Identities and Conflicts (MUTRA) aims to build a modern museum space, a space where the holistic vision of heritage will include tangible and intangible heritage, by integrating visitors into a suitable historical environment. Through the implementation of this project, a space will be created that is adequately sized in accordance with the cultural heritage owned and potential, appropriate in terms of the types of artifacts stored and microclimate control systems, in accordance with current legal regulations. The proposed museum complex aims to develop an extensive network of organizations from several sectors, focused on the research, conservation, restoration, and dissemination of movable, immovable, or intangible heritage and on raising awareness of the values that have marked our existence. MUSEUM COMPLEX - Historical Gallery of Transylvania FOR THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF TRANSYLVANIAN HISTORY CLUJ-NAPOCA falls into category B of importance according to HG no. 766/1997 and class II importance according to seismic design code P100/2013. The designed object is proposed with a height regime of S + P + 1E. The breakdown of the proposed construction areas is as follows: land area 15,583 sqm, ground floor built area 5,941.52 sqm, ground floor built area 3,863.10 sqm, first floor built area 1,470.58 sqm, total built area 11,127.52 sqm, land occupancy percentage 24.79%, land use coefficient 0.71, maximum cornice height 16.37 m, total building height 16.47 m. Regarding the landscaping around the building, the necessary parking spaces for staff and the Museum's vehicle fleet (3-4 cars) will be provided, according to the norms. The level of equipment, finishing, and outfitting, technical requirements of the construction in accordance with the functional requirements established by current technical, heritage, and environmental regulations; The construction of a building safe from the effects of potential natural accidents (earthquakes, floods, torrential rains, excessive heat or cold, lightning, fungal attacks, insecticides, or pests, etc.) or anthropogenic accidents (fires, vandalism, break-ins, etc.) is proposed. The building will be fully finished and equipped in terms of installations, necessary equipment for current activities, and furniture. The maximum number of users will be approximately 120, of which 80 museum staff, plus visitors.
