The contract includes design, execution of works, and technical assistance from the designer for the objective "GR-CL-12-Construction of the Crevedia Mica water management system" in accordance with the requirements of the technical specifications, as follows: OBJECT 1 – Extension of the Crevedia Mica catchment area – execution of works • Sub-object 1.1 Catchment area – 8 boreholes, Qborehole = 3 l/s, Hborehole = 120 m; • Sub-object 1.2 Raw water pipeline, Ltotal = 2440m; OBJECT 2 – Crevedia Mica water treatment plant – design and execution of works • Sub-object 2.1 Crevedia Mica water treatment plant OBJECT 3 – Storage tank and pumping stations in GA Crevedia Mica – execution of works • Sub-object 3.1 Storage tank, V = 150 m³; • Sub-object 3.2 Drinking water supply pumping station STAP Crevedia Mica – GA Dealu - 1A+1R – Qpump = 3.41 l/s and H = 50 mcA; • Sub-object 3.3 Drinking water supply pumping station STAP Crevedia Mica – GA Vanatorii Mari - 1A+1R – Qpump = 11.3 l/s and H = 60 mcA. The contract for the design and execution for the objective "GR-CL-12-Construction of the Crevedia Mica water management system" includes: a) Design activities - Technical Execution Project only for Object 2, which will include all necessary documents according to legislation and any documentation required for obtaining permits and authorizations; support for the Beneficiary in obtaining the necessary authorizations and permits; b) Construction works; c) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment; d) Testing and commissioning; e) Training of the Beneficiary's personnel. f) Remediation of any defects that appear during the Warranty Period. g) During the execution of the works, the Contractor will also provide technical assistance from the designer for Object 2 with all legal responsibilities pertaining to this purpose. The duration of design, execution of works, and commissioning of the installations is 30 months, broken down as follows: - Design stage: 6 months - Works execution period: 21 months - Testing and commissioning period: 3 months The defect notification period (PND) is a minimum of 36 months. The contract remains valid until all obligations of the parties are fulfilled. The contract value includes the Implementation Reserve (provisioned sums) as mentioned in Chapter 4, Section 4 - List of quantities, Provisioned Quantities, respectively 111,919.50 lei, but does not include miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses. The provisioned sums at the financial proposal form level represent a fixed nominal sum, unchangeable" and are included in the estimated contract value.provisions
