Original language: roAutoritatea contractanta organizatoare Unitatea de Logistică și Achiziții Centralizate a Poliției Penitenciare în calitate de unitate de achizitii centralizata, va incheia acordul-cadru pentru o perioada de 24 luni, cu un singur operator economic. Contractele subsecvente acordului-cadru vor fi încheiate de regulă anual, de către ULACPP in numele unitatilor penitenciare. Criteriul de atribuire utilizat pentru atribuirea acestui contract este „prețul cel mai scăzut”, în baza prevederilor art. 187, alin. (3), lit. d) și alin. (3^1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Termenele în care autoritatea contractantă va raspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare solicitate de către operatorii economici interesati: în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul-limită stabilit în anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor având în vedere că, potrivit art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, operatorii economici trebuie să aibă cel puțin 10 zile să își întocmească oferta în conformitate cu cerințele suplimentare introduse prin răspunsul la clarificări/informații suplimentare. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări, înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile.
