Online electronic payment processing services, by bank card for services made available to clients by ANCPI, OCPI and CNC. Within this procedure, ANCPI, as the leader of the association of contracting authorities, will organize on its own behalf, as well as on behalf and for the benefit of other contracting authorities, namely the subordinate institutions (National Cartography Center and 42 Cadastre and Land Registry Offices located in Bucharest and county capitals across the country), an open tender procedure that will result in the conclusion of a framework agreement with a duration of 48 months. ANCPI and its subordinate institutions have concluded an association agreement which established, among other things, that ANCPI will organize, conduct and finalize the public procurement procedure and is mandated to sign, both on its own behalf and on behalf and for the benefit of the other contracting authorities, the framework agreement. Subsequent contracts will be concluded and signed by each institution individually. Subsequent contracts will generally be concluded for a budget year, by each Buyer according to their needs and allocated funds for this purpose. By exception, in the event of the annual budget not being approved according to law, subsequent contracts may be concluded monthly until the budget is approved.
