Servicii de colectare, manipulare, transport şi eliminare a deşeurilor spitaliceşti cu asigurare de recipienţi pentru colectare constau in ridicarea deşeurilor medicale periculoase de la secţiile exterioare (Boli infecţioase, Pneumoftiziologie -str. Tudor Vladimirescu nr. 24; Psihiatrie – str. Gheorghe Doja; Dispensar TBC și Ambulatoriu integrat Pediatrie - str. Păcii nr.10; Ambulatoriul de specialitate din Cehu Silvaniei - str. 1 Decembrie 1918 nr. 13) și de la punctele de colectare UPU-SMURD: UPU-SMURD al Spitalului Județean de Urgență Zalău, SMURD Zalău- B-dul Mihai Viteazu nr. 57, SMURD Simleu Silvaniei, SMURD Sărmășag, SMURD Nușfalău, SMURD Ileanda, SMURD Sanmihaiu-Almașului, SMURD Jibou și BAZA Aeriană Jibou ( ELICOPTER) şi de la depozitul temporar al spitalului cu punerea la dispozitie a recipientilor pentru colectare, în zilele de luni, marți, miercuri, joi, vineri și sâmbătă între orele 7-15. Durata acordului cadru: 36 luni. Cantitatea estimativa de deseuri spitalicesti: minim 441.000 kg – maxim 612.000 kg. Se solicita propunere financiara pentru cantitatea maxima estimata de 612.000 kg.
