Autoritatea contractanta vizeaza achizitionarea serviciilor de transport aerian international ocazional (Cod CPV: 60400000-2), in functie de necesitati si in limita bugetului alocat, dupa caz, pentru sportivii, colectivul tehnic și oficialii autoritatii contractante. Autoritatea contractanta va incheia un acord-cadru pentru 1 an cu acei operatori economici ale caror oferte au fost declarate admisibile , oferte care indeplinesc toate cerintele stabilite, atribuind ulterior, prin reluarea competiţiei între operatorii economici semnatari ai acordului-cadru, contracte subsecvente de servicii de transport aerian intern şi internaţional de pasageri pentru destinaţiile / clasele / durata / condiţiile deplasării stabilite de către autoritatea contractantă în invitaţia de participare la reluarea competiţiei. Se estimeaza un numar de minim 25 contracte subsecvente, dar numarul acestora poate fi mai mare, în functie de rezultale obtinute la meciurile de calificare desfasurate în cadrul competitiilor. - cantitate bilete estimate pentru un contract subsecvent: minim 1 bilet si maxim 30 bilete. - cantitate deplasari de grup estimata pentru un contract subsecvent: minim 1 deplasare de grup si maxim 30 deplasari de grup. - valoarea estimata fara TVA a unui contract subsecvent: minim 100 euro si maxim 45.000 euro, - cantitate bilete estimate pentru acordul-cadru: minim 1 bilete si maxim 249 bilete
