Original language: roPROIECTARE SI EXECUȚIE:Drum TransRegio Feleac TR 35- Et I Centura Metropol TR 35 și Drumuri de Leg “ Faza I – Centura Metropol TR 35 şi Drumuri de leg, LOT 2- TR35 de la km 14+747(Nod 5 Floresti)la intrare Tunel 1 km19+600 (Incl. Nodul 5[Floresti], nodul 6[Cora], nodul 7[Colina] si drum B4, de la Nod 7[Colina] la Spital Regional si drum B4.3-de la drum de legatura B4.2 la drum de keg B4.1)- conform documentatie tehnica atasata; In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările si completările ulterioare, autoritatea stabileste termen de raspuns la clarificari: orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare in legătură cu Documentaţia de atribuire este cu 20 de zile anterior termenului limita depunere oferte- la care se va raspunde cu 11 zile anterior termenului limita de depunere oferte - În valoarea estimata au fost incluse sume provizionate aferente Rezervelor de implementare astfel cum acestea sunt definite în clauzele generale aprobate prin HG nr. 1/2018, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, respectiv art.13 din Instrucțiunea ANAP nr. 1/2021 și nu valoarea cheltuielilor ‘diverse și neprevăzute’. Durata contractulu 48 luni de la pct. II.2.7 se refera la proiectare 17 luni si 31 luni executie
