Original language: roAcordul-cadru are ca obiect furnizarea de bonuri valorice pentru carburant auto, conform specificațiilor tehnice prevăzute în caietul de sarcini, pe baza cărora autoritatea contractantă se va aproviziona cu carburant auto. Acordul-cadru se va încheia pe o perioadă de 24 de luni și va sta la baza atribuirii de contracte subsecvente, în funcție de necesitățile concrete ale autorității contractante și de fondurile bugetare alocate. Cantitățile sunt estimative, iar autoritatea contractantă își rezervă dreptul de a diminua sau de a suplimenta cantitățile de produse ce vor fi achiziționate, în funcție de necesitățile reale de consum și de fondurile bugetare disponibile.
