Încheierea unui acord-cadru având ca obiect Întreţinerea pârtiilor de schi din Poiana Braşov şi monitorizarea lacului de acumulare şi înzăpezire din Poiana Braşov pe o perioada de 4 ani. Lucrările de întreţinere a pârtiilor de schi şi monitorizare a lacului de acumulare şi înzăpezire din Poiana Braşov se vor face anual: - în timpul sezonului de iarnă :01.12. - 30.04.; - în extrasezon: 01.05. - 30.11.; -Estimarea cantităţilor minime şi maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord-cadru: Cantitatea minimă - se regăsește în Anexa 1 la Caietul de sarcini Cantitatea maximă - se regăsește în Anexa 2 la Caietul de sarcini - Estimarea cantităţilor minime şi maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subscvent dintre cele care urmează să fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru: Cantitatea minimă - se regăsește în Anexa 3 la Caietul de sarcini Cantitatea maximă -se regăsește în Anexa 4 la Caietul de sarcini Valorile minime şi maxime ale acordului cadru şi ale unui contract subsecvent; -Valoarea minimă a acordului cadru: 14.939.711,17 lei fără TVA -Valoarea maximă a acordului cadru: 20.636.081,48 lei fără TVA -Valoarea minimă a unui contract subsecvent: 34.497,65 lei fără TVA -Valoarea maximă a unui contract subsecvent 5.160.745,56 lei fără TVA
