Serviciul de iluminat public face parte din sfera serviciilor comunitare de utilitati publice şi cuprinde totalitatea acţiunilor şi activităţilor de utilitate publică şi de interes economic şi social general desfăşurate la nivelul unităţilor administrativ-teritoriale sub conducerea, coordonarea şi responsabilitatea autorităţilor administraţiei publice locale, în scopul asigurării iluminatului public. În înţelesul Legii 230/2006 sistemul de iluminat public este ansamblul format din puncte de aprindere, cutii de distribuţie, cutii de trecere, linii electrice de joasă tensiune subterane sau aeriene, fundații, stâlpi, instalaţii de legare la pământ, console, corpuri de iluminat, accesorii, conductoare, izolatoare, cleme, armături, echipamente de comandă, automatizare şi măsurare utilizate pentru iluminatul public. Serviciul de iluminat public este compus din: - iluminatul stradal-rutier; - iluminatul stradal-pietonal; - iluminatul arhitectural, iluminatul ornamental; - iluminatul ornamental-festiv. Valori ale Acordului-cadru: Valoarea totală estimată (fără TVA) 6.631.868,10 lei (fără TVA): Valoare Maximă Acord-cadru = 6.631.868,10 lei fără TVA; Valoare Minimă Acord Cadru = 1.862.501,19 lei fără TVA; Valori ale Contractului subsecvent: Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent = 523.436,62 lei fără TVA; Valoarea celui mai mic contract subsecvent = 54.733,09 lei fără TVA; Autoritatea contractantă va încheia minim 2 contract subsecvente pe an, valoarea lor fiind în funcție de necesități și de alocările bugetare pentru aceste servicii.
