Description

„Acord-cadru de Servicii de verificare a rapoartelor de evaluare terenuri, imobile construcții, respectiv verificarea studiilor de oportunitate”, în conformitate cu cerințele caietului de sarcini și anexei la acesta Cantitățile minime și maxime aferente acordului cadru și contractului subsecvent se regăsesc în Anexa la Caietul de sarcini. Valoarea estimată a acordului cadru este între 65.000 lei si 2.454.800 lei fără TVA. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde solicitărilor de clarificări adresate în termenul prevăzut la sectiunea I.3 (20zile) cu 11 zile înainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor, în conformitate cu prev. Art. 160 si 161 din Legea 98/2016, cu modificările si completările ulterioare. Procedura aleasă – licitație Frecvența de încheiere a contractelor subsecvente este de minim 2 contracte în limita necesităților Autorității Contractante și a fondurilor bugetare aprobate. Valoarea maximă a contractului subsecvent este de 614.787,50 lei fără TVA și valoarea minimă estimată a contractului subsecvent este de 16.250 lei fără TVA.
