Încheierea unui contract având ca obiect: Autocurățitor combinat, în conformitate cu cerințele caietului de sarcini. Autocurățitor combinat va fi utilizate de catre entitatea contractanta in scopul asigurarii functionalitatii sistemelor de alimentare cu apa si canalizare prin procedee de mentenanta preventiva si corectiva precum si in scopul dezvoltarii acestor sisteme prin lucrari de investitii din surse proprii. Avariile ce apar in sistemul de distributie a apei potabile si colectarea apelor uzate necesita o interventie imediata cu autovehicule adecvate care sa limiteze impactul asupra utilizatorilor.
