Achiziţia filerului este necesara Sectiei de Productie in vederea prepararii mixturii asfaltice in regie proprie cu statia de mixturi asfaltice AMMANN EASY BATCH situata la Baza de intretinere si deszapezire DEx 12 km 19+370 Localitatea Bals, jud. Olt pentru lucrările de întreţinere curenta si periodica la partea carosabila a drumurilor naţionale si autostrăzilor. Produsele care fac obiectul prezentului caiet de sarcini vor respecta condiţiile tehnice minimale prevăzute în actele normative specificate mai jos sau orice alte reglementari similare, aflate in vigoare, din legislatia tarilor Uniunii Europene: SR EN 13043 : 2003 / AC:2004 - Agregate pentru amestecuri bituminoase şi pentru finisarea suprafeţelor, utilizate la construcţia şoselelor, a aeroporturilor şi a altor zone cu trafic. Transportul produselor se va face cu mijloacele de transport ale Furnizorului iar cheltuielile de transport vor fi incluse în prețul produsului.
