Servicii de proiectare, verificare tehnică, asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului și execuția lucrărilor pentru obiectivul de investiții „Eficientizare energetică Școala Gimnazială Negru Vodă” Proiectarea, verificarea tehnică, asistența tehnică din partea proiectantului și execuția lucrărilor de construcții-montaj pentru obiectivul de investiții „Eficientizare energetică Școala Gimnazială Negru Vodă” se vor realiza în conformitate cu cerințele caietului de sarcini, documentația de avizare a lucrărilor de intervenții aprobată prin H.C.L. nr. 40/25.01.2024, oferta, respectiv propunerea tehnică și propunerea financiară, precum și cu prevederile contractuale și legale aplicabile în domeniul proiectării și execuției lucrărilor de construcții. Durata prestării serviciilor de proiectare și a execuției lucrărilor este de 12 luni. Asistența tehnică din partea proiectantului se asigură pe toată durata execuției lucrărilor, până la recepția la terminarea lucrărilor fără obiectiuni a obiectivului. Procedura de atribuire este inițiată sub incidența unei clauze suspensive, încheierea contractului fiind condiționată de asigurarea sursei de finanțare și de semnarea contractului de finanțare în cadrul Programului „South-Muntenia Energy Efficiency for Public Buildings Investment Programme”, din fonduri nerambursabile, buget de stat și buget local, în condițiile prevăzute în caietul de sarcini.
