II.2.1) Cantitatea totala sau domeniul (inclusiv, după caz, toate loturile și toate opțiunile): Clădirea are regimul de înălţime S+P+2E. Terenul are formă neregulată, cu dimensiunile maxime aproximative de 94,72 m x 36,20 m şi are triplă deschidere: la Str. Lipscani (90,30 m), la Str. Stavropoleos (80,34) şi la Str. Smârdan (15,34 m). Suprafaţa terenului este St = 2219 m2. Terenul este în pantă, diferenţa maximă fiind de 1,12 m. Clădirea construită are o suprafața construită desfășurată de 8.328,00mp, din care 6.498,00mp (78%) reprezintă proprietatea Municipiului București, aflată în administrarea Muzeului Municipiului București și 1.830,00mp (22%) reprezintă proprietatea CEC Bank. Imobilul se încadrează, conform PUZ Zone Construite Protejate aprobat prin H.C.G.M.B. nr. 279/2000, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, în teritoriul a 2 zone construite protejate, astfel: • Zona protejată nr. 26a, nucleul comercial tradițional zona Lipscani, subzona Cp1a; • Zona protejată nr. 27, nucleul monumental zona Stavropoleos, subzona Cp4, ambele zone fiind cu grad de protecție maximă. Conform indicatorilor tehnico-economici actualizați aprobați prin HCGMB nr. 144/03.04.2025, valoarea estimată fără TVA este de 104,560,080.12 lei fără TVA alcătuită din: Cap. 1.4 Cheltuieli pentru relocarea/protecția utilităților 300,000.00 lei fără TVA Cap. 2 Cheltuieli pentru asigurarea utilităților necesare obiectivului 300,000.00 lei fără TVA Cap. 4.1.
