Pentru realizarea lucrarilor de intretinere in regie proprie pe drumurile nationale si autostrazi aflate in administrarea CNAIR S.A. prin DRDP Cluj este nevoie de achizitionarea de filer necesar pentru producerea mixturilor asfaltice la statia proprie de asfalt. Caracteristicile tehnice ale filerului vor respecta prevederile "Normativ privind mixturile asfaltice executate la cald.
