Autoritatea pentru Digitalizarea României, în calitate de autoritate contractantă, dorește să încheie un acord-cadru cu minim unul și maxim zece operatori economici care să asigure servicii de transport aerian intern și internațional de călători, pe o perioadă de 24 luni. Acest serviciu este necesar în vederea asigurării serviciilor de transport aerian pentru demnitarii/delegații/personalul Autorității pentru Digitalizarea României care participă la evenimente, reuniuni, târguri, expoziții și alte manifestări în domeniul de competență al ADR. Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite prin reluarea competiției între operatorii economici semnatari ai acordului-cadru, conform art. 110 din HG nr. 395/2016, iar elementul care va face obiectul reluării competiției va fi prețul pentru serviciile de transport aerian solicitate, pentru destinațiile prevăzute în caietul de sarcini și eventual altele noi, în funcție de necesitate. Reluarea competiției se va desfășura offline. Termene pentru depunerea/răspunsul la solicitările de clarificări/informații suplimentare: A. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legatură cu documentația de atribuire este de maxim 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. B. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarficare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11 - a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Daca aceste termene se sfârsesc în zile nelucrătoare, Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în ultima zi lucrătoare înainte de termenul respectiv.
