The exact quantities for subsequent contracts will be determined after the framework agreement is concluded, based on the needs identified by the Forest District and budgetary constraints. In justified situations and in the interest of fulfilling the contract's objectives, subsequent contracts may be extended by a maximum of 6 months, subject to mutual agreement and contractual provisions.

Original language: roConform caietului de sarcini. Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia oricand este nevoie, si vor avea o durata de 1-10 luni fiecare, minim un contract subsecvent pe an. Se pot derula mai multe contracte subsecvente in acelasi timp . Cantitățile minime si maxime prevăzute în prezentul caiet de sarcini nu sunt obligatorii. În cazul în care autoritatea contractantă nu mai are nevoie de un serviciu/operatiune nu îl va mai contracta. De asemenea cantitățile maxime pot fi depășite cu încadrarea în valoarea maximă a acordului cadru, conform art 221 alin 1- a) si conform clauzei de revizuire 12.2. prevazuta in acordul cadru. Cantitatea maxima din fiecare reper/ operatiune /acord cadru poate fi depasita /suplimentata cu maxim 50% din cantitatea maxima precizata in caietul de sarcini, cu conditia incadrarii in valoarea maxima totala a acordului cadru si cu conditia respectarii preturilor unitare. Autoritatea contractanta are dreptul de a achizitiona servicii prin contracte subsecvente raportat la cantitatea maxima a acordului cadru. Pentru contractul subsecvent cantitatile certe de servicii se stabilesc ulterior incheierii acordului cadru, in functie de necesitatile semnalate de Ocolul Silvic si de buget. In situatii justificate si in interesul indeplinirii obiectivelor contractului, contractele subsecvente pot fi prelungite cu maxim 6 luni, cu acordul ambelor parti, conform prevederilor contractuale.
