Original language: roAcord cadru pentru furnizarea de medicamente si alte produse farmaceutice eliberate pe bază de reţete compensate, gratuite sau necompensate la unităţile din cadrul D.G.A.S.P.C. Alba. Pentru aprovizionarea cu medicamente si alte produse farmaceutice eliberate pe bază de reţete compensate, gratuite sau necompensate a subunităţilor din cadrul Direcţiei Generale de Asistenţă Socială şi Protecţia Copilului Alba este necesară încheierea unui acord cadru pentru o perioadă de 12 luni cu un operator economic care să furnizeze medicamente si produse farmaceutice. Acordul cadru de achiziţie publică va fi încheiat pe o perioadă de 12 luni cu posibilitatea de modificare conf. art. 221, alin.1, 2 din Legea 98/2016. Descrierea conform caietului de sarcini și a anexelor acestuia.
