Description

Obiectul achizitiei il constituie incheierea unui Acord Cadru de furnizare de gaze naturale necesare consumatorilor aflati in administratia Municipiului Onesti, pe o perioada de 12 luni conform legii 98/2016 privind achizitii publice cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. Acordul cadru se va semna cu un singur operator economic si se estimeaza ca va avea in componenta 2 Contracte Subsecvente cu durata de 6 luni fiecare, pentru 28 puncte de consum gaz metan, conform mentiunilor din caietul de sarcini parte a documentatie de atribuire. Furnizarea gazelor naturale se va face respectand parametrii de calitate conform standardelor emise de autoritatea de reglementare in domeniu si in conditiile tehnice de siguranta sporite impuse de reglementarile legale in vigoare. Produsele solicitate sunt gaze naturale categoriile C1; C2 iar consumul estimat pe durata acordului-cadru este detaliat astfel: ACORD CADRU • cantitate minima estimata acord-cadru categorie de consum C1 : 350,00 MWh • cantitate minima estimata acord-cadru categorie de consum C2 : 1.100,00 MWh • cantitate maxima estimata acord-cadru categorie de consum C1 : 1.100,00 MWh • cantitate maxima estimata acord-cadru categorie de consum C2 : 2.200,00 MWh CEL MAI MARE CONTRACT SUBSECVENT • cantitate minima estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent categorie de consum C1 : 350,00 MWh • cantitate minima estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent categorie de consum C2 : 950,00 MWh • cantitate maxima estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent categorie de consum C1 : 550,00 MWh • cantitate maxima estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent categorie de consum C2 : 1.100,00 MWh Valoare minima acord-cadru 483.803,90 lei fara TVA Valoare maxima acord-cadru 1.102.184,60 lei fara TVA Valoare minima cel mai mare contract subsecvent: 433.888,10 lei fara TVA Valoare maxima cel mai mare contract subsecvent: 551.092,30 lei fara TVA In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este a 15-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. In conformitate cu art. 161 alineatul (1) din Legea 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari (daca acestea au fost primite in termen), în a 11-a zi inainte de data stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor in Anuntul de participare.
