Pentru monitorizarea traficului si a spatiului public, se va realiza un sistem pentru monitorizare a 104 puncte de interes (intrari in localitate, treceri de pietoni, intersectii, unitati de invatamant, puncte de colectare deseuri menajere, parcuri , aglomerari urbane, piete, targuri… ), unde se vor monta echipamentele de monitorizare și avertizare (camere LPR, camere de supraveghere video, cutii de alimenare electrica, cabluri de alimentare, panouri de avertizare privind adaptarea vitezei …) . Proiectul este alcatuit din doua componente dupa cum urmeaza: Componenta 1 – Sisteme de transport inteligente (ITS) Realizarea unui sistem de monitorizare trafic (intrarile in localitate, treceri de pietoni, intersectii etc.): Dotarea si functionarea centrului de control al traficului; Instalarea camerelor de monitorizare trafic și a panourilor de avertizare privind adaptarea vitezei Componenta 2 – Alte infrastructuri TIC Realizarea unui sistem de monitorizare spatii publice (gradinite, scoli, piete, parcuri etc.): Dotarea si functionarea centrului de monitorizare; Instalarea camerelor de supraveghere video. Sistemul de monitorizare al localitatii, va fi compus din doua subsisteme: un subsistem pentru monitorizare trafic si alt subsistem pentru monitorizare spatiu public.
