The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for the provision of mandatory motor insurance services - RCA for the vehicles of I.S.U. ”Dealul Spirii” Bucharest-Ilfov for a period of 12 months, insurance necessary for compliance with current laws regarding the circulation of vehicles on public roads. The provision of services also includes the issuance of insurance policies. During the execution of the framework agreement, it will be taken into account that any service will be purchased only based on a subsequent contract, signed by the legal representatives of the parties, within the limits of the allocated budget funds. Bidders can submit a detailed price offer for each brand/type of vehicle, as requested by the contracting authority, according to the requirements in the Technical Specification. In the event that, after the award of the framework agreement, the allocated funds are below the estimated thresholds, the contracting authority does not assume the obligation to purchase the services at the maximum value (quantity) presented in the procurement data sheet. The framework agreement, as a special method of awarding a public procurement contract, contains estimated quantities of services that the contracting authority believes it will subsequently purchase, quantities that appear at the level of the award documentation of the respective framework agreement, the contracting authority having the obligation, subsequently, at the time of concluding the subsequent contracts, to establish the fixed quantities that will be purchased within the respective subsequent contract. The services and products (policies) related to the provision of services to be purchased must fully meet the minimum requirements, as provided in the Technical Specification. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement, respectively of the subsequent contracts, are mentioned in the Technical Specification. Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/applications: 15 days. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement: Minimum: 443 policies Maximum: 482 policies Minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement: Minimum: 1 policy Maximum: 379 policies The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract to be awarded during the framework agreement is 1,630,747.89 lei
