Prin aplicarea acestei proceduri Autoritatea Contractantă dorește să atribuie contract de furnizare având ca obiect achiziția unui sistem de calcul utilizat in activitatile de cercetare: Sistem de calcul customizabil-1 bucată (conform caiet de sarcini), Cod CPV: 30211000-1 Unitate centrala de procesare (Rev.2) În derularea contractului, activitatea contractantului va fi condusă de următoarele principii: i. Contractantul acționează în interesul autorității contractante pe durata furnizării produselor, în condițiile și cu limitele descrise în documentația aferentă prezentei proceduri de atribuire; ii. Contractantul acționează în sensul realizării obiectivelor prezentate pentru contract în ceea ce privește optimizarea folosirii resurselor necesare îndeplinirii obiectivelor contractului.
