Original language: roPrestarea de servicii de transport aerian ocazional de pasageri, prin rezervarea și emiterea de bilete de avion la zboruri interne și internaționale de pasageri, conform necesităților concrete de deplasare ale personalului Serviciului de Protecție și pază în baza contractelor subsecvente acordului-cadru, care vor fi încheiate pe durata valabilității acestuia. Pe perioada acordului-cadru se estimează achiziţionarea unui număr minim de 100 bilete şi maxim de 8000 bilete. Pentru un singur contract/comanda subsecventa dintre cele care urmează să fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru, se estimează achiziţionarea unui număr minim de 1 bilet şi maxim de 20 bilete. Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract/comanda subsecventa care se anticipează că va fi atribuita pe durata acordului - cadru este de: 100.000 RON fără TVA. Numărul efectiv de bilete va fi determinat în funcție de necesitățile autorității contractante la momentul atribuirii contractelor subsecvente și fondurile alocate cu această destinație. Autoritatea contractanta va încheia un acord-cadru cu cel puțin 3 operatori economici, numărul maxim fiind nelimitat, atribuind ulterior, prin reluarea competiției între operatorii economici semnatari ai acordului-cadru, contracte subsecvente de servicii de transport aerian intern și/sau international de pasageri pentru destinațiile / clasele / durata / condițiile deplasării stabilite de către Autoritatea contractanta în etapa de reluare a competiției. Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va realiza cu respectarea elementelor / condițiilor prevazute în acordul-cadru, prin reluarea competitiei ori de cate ori va aparea necesitatea organizării unor deplasări în țară și/sau străinatate a personalului sau delegaților autorității contractante.
